At Tiggywinkles Day Nursery we are committed to ensuring that your child can access a wide and varied curriculum that is appropriate for their stage of development.

All our staff are well trained in the foundation stage curriculum and can help your child progress along the stepping stones outlined in the government guidelines for the Early Years Goals.

The Early Years Goals are split into 6 areas of development, these are:

• Knowledge and understanding of the world

Tiggywinkles Day Nursery baby unit works to the guidelines of the ‘Birth to Three’ framework, which encourages the development of children from 0-3 years. This then Leads into the foundation stage curriculum, which is designed for 3 – 5 years

Tiggywinkles Day Nursery realise that all children learn at different speeds and vary in ability, so we can adapt the curriculum to suit individual children’s needs at any time.
