Continuing A Safe Working Environment

This week, Merlin completed its yearly Health & Safety review of all its premises. This includes all of our nurseries. The review covers all areas and aspects of the business including fire alarms, extinguishers, exit points, work bays etc., and highlights any problems with the current operating practices or building. We undertake these processes to protect our staff, students and nursery children as much as possible, and because we work with so many vulnerable people.

“The safety and security of our clients and staff is very important to us, and we insist on completing this process each year, and reviewing our procedures at regular intervals, to ensure we comply with and can carry out the required safety criteria to keep out locations as comfortable and enjoyable an environment as possible.” said Paul Clarke, Facilities Executive.

The company is constantly reviewing legislation and best practice, and we will continue to do so in to the future.
